TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Yearly Renewal Fee: ₦20,000
- Ambassadors must sell strictly at company’s prices (no markup of prices).
- Any negotiated sales will attract a reduced commission.
- No cash collections from clients. No payment collection using personal bank account. Any individual found doing so will be liable for legal action as this is a punishable offense under the law — all payments must go into the company’s official bank account.
- No refund of registration fee.
- Outright Sales Commission is 17% and 5% indirect commission.
- Outright Sales payment exceeding 3 Months, 15% commission and 3% indirect will apply.
- Installment Sales payments, direct commission 15% and 3% indirect will apply.
- System charge on commission withdrawal is 4% only.
As an Affable Sales Ambassador under ASAH, you are obligated to only market Affable Homes Ltd. Properties.
You represent Affable Homes Ltd only.
Note: If found marketing another Real estate brand, your commission will be degraded to expert realtor commission.
